Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and implement sales strategies for the company’s products in global markets
  2. Understand customer requirements to foster a high level of customer satisfaction
  3. Explore new business opportunities and develop new customer base to achieve business target
  4. Prepare commercial proposals and close business deals
  5. Prepare presentation materials and conduct sales presentation
  6. Liaise with different departments and business partners
  7. Maintain and develop customer relationship
  8. Participate in workshops, seminars, and marketing events to promote company products / solutions
  9. Frequent duty travels may be required

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
    2. Possesses at least 3 years of commercial working experience carrying a corporate sales or business development role ideally gained from the air cargo industry
    3. Prior experience in selling IT solutions and recruiting / managing regional distributors or partners a definite advantage
    4. Excellent business acumen and results oriented
    5. Able to meet and exceed assigned business targets with a can-do attitude
    6. Must be a strong team player with exceptional communication skills
    7. Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
