Q1. Is the shipment information provided by EzyCargo secure and reliable?

Answer:
EzyCargo ensures that all information and transactions are totally secure with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate. Two data server centers, separated physically and technically, are dedicated to ensuring absolute security and assuring maximum serviceability, availability and support. Furthermore, only authorised parties can login to EzyCargo with controlled right to access functions customized to individual needs.

Q2. How many airlines are connected to EzyCargo?

Answer:
Up to now, EzyCargo is connected to 60+ airlines.

Q3. How long will the shipment data last on EzyCargo?

Answer:
180 days.

Q4. If I sign up to join EzyCargo, what is the lead-time before I can use the system?

Answer:
Approximately 15 working days.

Q5. What can I do if I forget the password?

Answer:
Click on the link Forgot your Password? in the login page; type your Company ID and Login ID in the Forgot Password window that pops up; and click Submit to finish. The password will then be sent to your registered email address.

Remark: When setting up a new User ID, remember to provide an email address in the Email field of the user profile (go to Option > Change Profile); otherwise, EzyCargo will not be able to send you a new password by email, and you will have to contact local EzyCargo support to reset it.

Q6. Is there any training to new EzyCargo users?

Answer:
Yes. Training can be arranged for EzyCargo users in Hong Kong. Please call our Sales Department at +852 2833 1880 for further arrangements.

You can download the training manual by clicking on the Download link located on the menu bar at the bottom of the page after logging into EzyCargo.

Q8. My office will be relocated. Should I inform GLSHK?

Answer:
Please call our Sales Department at +852 2833 1880 for relocation arrangement. Please note application must be submitted to GLSHK at least 15 working days before the relocation.
