Support the IATA’s Digital Cargo vision to make air cargo a more efficient industry with paperless operations, full shipment status visibility, and smart data sharing, opening new opportunities for innovative and value-added services to its customers.

Digital Cargo initiatives include e-AWB and e-Freight operations, Cargo XML message standard, ONE Record data sharing, Piece level tracking, Internet of things.


e-AWB & e-Freight

Our EzySuite of products provide the community platform to facilitate air cargo stakeholders in the system connections, work processes and data exchanges for digital cargo processes, including paperless operations from bookings to cargo acceptance, regulated Advanced Cargo Information (ACI) filing for customs, IPC complaint mail consignments handling, and smart track & trace.


Cargo XML

An emerging and preferred standard for the efficient digital information exchanges between air cargo stakeholders across the supply chain, such as carriers, forwarders, shippers, ground handling agents, customs and security agencies. Our EzySuite solutions fully support the Cargo XML standards for data exchange.


ONE Record

A current project in creating the standards and processes in providing a single view of shipment record to share and view by authorized and authenticated parties, enabling more efficient, transparent and secured handling of shipment data.

We participated in the IATA ONE Record Working Group and is currently engaged with a number of partners conducting a pilot project in proofing the concept, and in the preparation and readiness for an ultimate solution in supporting our business stakeholders
