As of Sep 2021, over 70% of all bookings made through the new booking interface of EzyCargo™.
The new EzyCargo™ interface consists of the current/improved features such as Single Booking, Multiple Bookings, Multiple Airlines Bookings, and Spreadsheet Bookings. Besides, it covers more and more new features such as a Booking Dashboard providing booking summary with status. In addition, with a new search flight feature and a smarter keyword search, the selection of flight is made easier and faster. Moreover, the edit of booking records can also be done through a few simple clicks.
Partner with our launch customer Cathay Pacific, a new function that enables the airline to distribute/agent to download the electronic rate sheet, is ready in a few markets, including for Hong Kong, from 01 Nov. For our European forwarder partner, we have added German and Spanish as the other language option also.
